20071 – Business Process Consultant
Location – Montgomery, AL

PURPOSE:

Hyundai AutoEver America is seeking a Business Process Consultant to join our team in Montgomery, AL. The Business Process Consultant will support the SAP FI modules for Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Alabama site. This position requires in-depth knowledge of Finance management systems and Cost Control functions within manufacturing processes. This position also requires strong hands on working experience in analyzing user requirements and providing solutions with best practice.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Plan/execute CBU's FCM projects, track/report the status of projects and ensures that projects remain on target to meet deadlines
  • Lead small projects and major enhancements
  • Manage projects as needed from resource planning, system design, system development and implementation
  • Perform benchmark studies, research and guide continuous improvement to meet changing needs and requirements
  • Act as central contact point for ERP standard/template, ERP design and work with Global ERP HQ team
  • Define ERP standards for CBUs and drive CBUs to adapt standard solutions
  • Coordinate and oversee SAP custom development
  • Perform 2nd Level Technical Support of SAP FI Modules
  • Create training materials and provide end user training
  • Work with cross functional groups to complete development projects and tasks
  • Assist Support team on complex ERP issues and guides ERP configuration
  • Help other module consultants resolve problems and provide backup support during lack of resources

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or Finance & Accounting or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with configuration, development or support of SAP FI/CO  
  • Experience with at least 2+ full life cycle implementations
  • Extensive working knowledge of the supported SAP platform - FI-GL, FI-AR, FI-AP, FI-AA, FI-FM, FI-IM, TR-CM, TR-TM)
  • Working knowledge to support CO area issues (CO-CCA, CO-PC, CO-PA, CO-IO, CO-ML)
  • Strong problem solving & analysis skills
  • Technical expert in design, configuration, testing & debugging of SAP FI module
  • Understanding of the integration points between the modules & their dependencies around Sales & Distribution and Materials Management.
  • Ability to understand ABAP & SAP Interface
  • Ability to design ERP Regional programs
  • Ability to support HMMA BPMS system & Fiori system
  • ABAP program skill required
  • Experience with Report Development and Program debugging skills
  • Ability to identify the changes in business needs & translate these into successful solutions
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Automotive Industry experience (preferred)
  • Bi-Lingual (Korean, English) for communication with Global ERP Team (preferred)
CERTIFICATIONS:
  • SAP certifications are a plus
  • SAP FI certificate preferred

Salary Range - $97,080 - $135,900 - $149,490/yr. + an outstanding Benefits package.
