🛠️ What You'll Be Doing

• Serve as primary contact for customers, ensuring a positive, seamless experience every step of the way.
• Proactively engaging with clients to anticipate needs, address concerns, and deliver intentional support.
• Build lasting relationships with personalized service and solutions tailored to each customer's needs.
• Resolve service issues quickly, professionally, & with a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
• Partnering with internal teams to ensure all services are delivered on time and to Fike's expectations.
• With a consultative approach, educate clients on Fikes' services that can help their businesses thrive.
• Keep detailed & accurate data of client interaction, feedback, & service notes with consistency & quality.
• As a brand ambassador for Fikes, you will represent our relentless commitment to details in all ways.
