Accounting Clerk/Accounts Receivable

Salary Range: $20.00-$24.00 depending on experience

Work Schedule: M-F 8 am to 5 pm - Some after-hours may be required around month-end duties

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Send out reports to management for review of the A/R aging
• Process payments in the DMS system to clear receivables
• Promote positive customer service with external and internal departments
• Maintain schedules and post journal entries
• Provide back-up accounting support as needed
• Provide administrative support to management, other departments, and employees as needed
• Assist with special projects as needed

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong basic accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and ability to efficiently and consistently produce accurate work
• Prior Dealership and CDK experience preferred
• Proficiency with computer systems, MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Must have professional appearance
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s license
• Must be able to pass background screening, motor vehicle check, and drug test
