Now Hiring: AP/AR Specialist
Columbia, SC (Onsite)
$17–$20/hour
Full-Time: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable (AP/AR) Specialist to join our team in Columbia, SC. This is a full-time onsite position supporting our finance department with day-to-day accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:
-Process and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
-Reconcile invoices, purchase orders, and payments
-Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
-Follow up on outstanding invoices and handle billing inquiries
-Assist with month-end closing procedures
-Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Qualifications:
-1 to 2 years of experience in AP/AR or general accounting
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy
-Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
-Excellent organizational and communication skills
-Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
