Associate Dentist Job Highlights:

Private, 2-location Practice. Not part of a DSO
Fully staffed. Work with 2 busy hygienists and 2 assistants
Long-established with over 30 years in the area
Modern office with iTero digital scanner
Autonomy over cases
Low-stress work environment

Associate Dentist Pay:

Excellent income potential . Pay based on 32% of adjusted production. $800-$900 Initial guarantee available (DOE)
Benefits available

Associate Dentist Requirements:

2+ years of dental experience preferred
Ability to establish positive relationships with staff and patients
Demonstrated ability to handle a productive schedule
Proficient with bread-and-butter dentistry. Experience with molar endo, aligners is ideal
