Job Summary

The B2B Sales Manager – Wholesale Accounts will drive growth in BaRupOn's wholesale product lines by building and managing strategic business relationships with bulk buyers, resellers, and institutional clients. This associate-level role focuses on outbound sales, account retention, and pipeline development across energy, healthcare, and industrial supply sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and onboard wholesale clients including contractors, institutions, and distributors
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and procurement leads
• Prepare and present quotes, bids, and volume-based proposals
• Track sales KPIs, client communications, and CRM updates
• Attend industry tradeshows, expos, and business matchmaking events
• Collaborate with product, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing customer base
• Manage reorders, fulfillment issues, and account service escalations

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in B2B or wholesale sales, preferably in energy, healthcare, or industrial sectors
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and follow-up skills
• Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage long sales cycles and multiple accounts simultaneously
• Strong understanding of pricing models, procurement processes, and client retention strategies

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with public procurement or reseller/distributor channels
• Experience in product-based B2B environments (solar, HVAC, lab supply, etc.)
• Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish or English/Mandarin) for regional client outreach
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel 20–30% of the time
