We learn, grow, and achieve more - in our careers and in our communities.Job Description Summary:Interprets, obtains, prepares/compounds, labels, and distributes pharmacy products for patient use while taking into consideration patient age and any other relevant information. Depending on department, may also prepare IV medications using special equipment supplies and techniques for patient administration and processes refill requests for non-monitored pharmacy medication such as enteral products/supplies or respiratory medications. Documents the distribution of medication for proper use and reimbursement in accordance with department policy. Involved in production, packaging, record keeping, and stocking tasks.General Profile -- Requires working knowledge and skills to perform a defined set of analytical/scientific or operational processes Applies experience and skills to complete assigned work within own area of expertise. Works within standard operating procedures and/or scientific methods.
