Swift 7 Consultants is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our expanding team in Houston, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new client relationships, presenting tailored solutions, and supporting business growth initiatives. Responsibilities
Engage with prospective clients to present company services and solutions
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings to generate leads
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Understand client needs and provide customized sales presentations
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
Collaborate with internal departments to support customer success
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
No prior sales experience required – training will be provided
