Chats Cloud Cover is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Event Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing a variety of corporate and client-focused events. You will collaborate across departments to ensure each event runs smoothly, aligns with our brand standards, and exceeds expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate all logistical aspects of in-person and virtual events, including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, and scheduling.

  • Work closely with internal teams to align event goals with broader company objectives.

  • Negotiate contracts with venues, suppliers, and service providers.

  • Develop and manage event timelines, checklists, and post-event reports.

  • Supervise setup, execution, and breakdown of events on-site.

  • Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and operational requirements during all events.

  • Conduct post-event evaluations and implement improvements based on feedback.

Qualifications



Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience coordinating corporate or large-scale events.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of event management tools is a plus.
