Join Our Team as an Event Coordinator Think Tell Junction Think Tell Junction We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Event Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events, ranging from corporate meetings and conferences to social gatherings and community events. Your creativity and attention to detail will be essential in ensuring each event runs smoothly and meets our clients’ objectives. Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage event timelines and budgets while ensuring adherence to client expectations.
• Coordinate logistics for events, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and equipment rentals.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, vendors, and attendees throughout the planning process.
• Generate event proposals and contracts in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
• Market events through various channels to maximize attendance and engagement.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success and gather feedback for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in event planning or coordination.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
