Contract to Hire

Pay: Up to $24 an hour, W2

Location: Moorpark CA 93021

The HR Operations Specialist is responsible for all employee transaction handling, including onboarding new hires and all employee change data requests. As the Specialist , you will be responsible for processing employee information and maintaining employee records within the HRIS.

The HR Operations Specialist will:

• Process all separations for the company in a timely manner
• Act as first line of communications for all job related changes for all employees they are responsible for servicing
• Follow directions to ensure that SOX and federal and state law compliance related to system objectives
• Assist in creating and following company policy/procedures related to the HRIS and employee data
• Protect Data Privacy at all time and adhering to confidentiality requirements to promote zero breach of compliance policies
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned
• Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values

Requiquirements:

• 1+ years of relevant work experience
• Strong HR systems aptitude and ability to learn and become an expert in the HR systems at Pennymac, as well as the ability to train others in their use
• Must be highly proficient in Excel and Word
• Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred
