Role Overview

We are hiring an HR Coordinator who is ready to contribute beyond administrative tasks and grow into a strategic HR professional . In this role, you will start by supporting essential HR functions and will quickly gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

For Entry-Level Candidates (Recent Graduates & Early-Career Professionals)

  • Support recruitment efforts by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and assisting with new hire onboarding.
  • Maintain HR records, assist with benefits administration, and ensure compliance with HR policies.
  • Collaborate with teams across the organization to enhance employee experience and engagement.
  • Learn HR data analytics, workforce planning, and HR technology systems to optimize HR operations.
  • Assist in developing HR policies and training programs to support company growth.
  • Gain hands-on exposure to talent acquisition, retention strategies, and employee relations.

For Experienced Professionals (2+ Years of HR Experience)

  • Take ownership of the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing top talent to onboarding and retention strategies.
  • Analyze HR metrics and workforce trends to make data-driven recommendations for improving hiring and retention.
  • Develop and implement programs for employee engagement, performance management, and career development.
  • Partner with leadership to drive HR initiatives that align with business goals.
  • Optimize HR workflows through automation, AI-driven HR tools, and process improvements.
  • Coach and mentor junior HR team members as the department grows.

  • Familiarity with HR technologies such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), HRIS, or payroll systems.
  • Ability to analyze HR data to make informed talent decisions.
  • Understanding of HR compliance, employment laws, and workforce planning.
