Junior Event Coordinator

Houston, Texas, United States

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Junior Event Coordinator to join our on-site team in Houston. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a dynamic environment, and is passionate about events and marketing. You’ll support the planning and delivery of live promotional events and gain first-hand experience working with clients, customers, and event teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the planning, setup, and execution of marketing events and promotional activities
  • Coordinate event logistics, including materials, schedules, and location setup
  • Represent client brands professionally at events and engage with customers
  • Support senior event managers and team leaders during campaigns
  • Track and report customer feedback and campaign results
  • Ensure events run smoothly and respond to any on-site challenges
  • Help manage inventory of promotional items and marketing materials
  • Attend team meetings and training sessions to build skills and campaign knowledge

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Highly organised with attention to detail
  • Positive, proactive, and enthusiastic approach
  • Comfortable working face-to-face with the public in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible schedule, including availability on evenings and weekends
  • Based in Houston and able to work on-site full-time
