Job Description

Title: Lead Master Scheduler

Duration: 18-24 Months

Location: Marietta, Pennsylvania

Days onsite/hours: 4-days per week

Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of experience as a Master Scheduler/Planner within a construction environment
  • Extensive experience using Oracle Primavera P6 Enterprise
  • Extensive experience planning and designing project scope
  • Experience within the Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences Industry
  • Experience leading and facilitating interactive planning sessions with peer groups
  • Strong stakeholder management including the ability to build relationships and effectively communicate
  • High attention to detail and a sense of urgency to meet and exceed business requirements
  • Ability to work in a complex, matrixed environment

Day-to-Day: Insight Global is seeking a Lead Master Scheduler in Marietta, Pennsylvania. The Lead Master Scheduler will report into the Project Controls Lead and work with the Program Manager onsite. This role plays a critical part within our Global Engineering team, ensuring that capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects are delivered on time and within scope. The main function of this role will be to develop, monitor, and manage project schedules. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining detailed project schedules for various phases within the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have experience facilitating interactive planning sessions with professional peers to develop integrated schedules and identify potential risks. Additional responsibilities include monitoring and reporting progress against established schedules and report any discrepancies or delays to the Program Manager, complying with all reporting and compliance requirements, and participate in gate reviews and governance meetings. The main tools used in the environment are Oracle Primavera P6 Enterprise for overall portfolio management, as well as, MS Project Online for reporting and compliance requirements. This role requires extensive stakeholder engagement – candidate must have excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence to communicate with the business stakeholders effectively and proactively. Candidate must have experience within the pharmaceutical industry. This role has an on-site requirement of 4-days per week.

Compensation :

$90/hr to $100/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
