Employment Type: Temporary/Contract | Monday – Friday: Full-Time (4 days onsite/weekly) | Hybrid/Onsite: San Francisco, CA | Duration: ASAP-June (w/ potential extension to July) | Start Date: Immediately | Pay: $40 hourly

We have a strong pipeline of exciting and career-enhancing full-time and part-time assignments across the Biotech, Marketing, Fintech, Consumer Goods, Pharma and Technology sectors, and we're interested in hearing from Legal Administrative Assistant to join us and commence their LOD journey.

To join us, you will:

  • Need a high school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Need to have a minimum of 5 years of prior legal experience ; litigation experience required .
  • Proficient in legal technology platforms including iManage, MS Office, InTapp, InTapp Time, 3E, and Chrome River .
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Possess exceptional attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess proven ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage a high-volume workload.
  • Possess a professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Possess the ability to maintain and safeguard confidential information with integrity.
  • Possess strong critical thinking, judgment, and decision-making skills under pressure.
  • Possess proven demonstrated adaptability with new tools, technologies, and office equipment.

Key Responsibilities for this role:

  • Provide administrative and litigation support to attorneys, including calendar management, travel coordination, and expense processing.
  • Draft, edit, and format legal documents (e.g., briefs, motions, subpoenas) and coordinate filings in state and federal courts, including e-filings.
  • Organize and manage legal records and client files in both physical and electronic formats; ensure timely retrieval and archiving.
  • Enter and track attorney’s time daily; assist with billing preparation to meet monthly deadlines.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while communicating with clients, staff, and external parties.
