Job Description:
We are seeking a D365 Business Central Consultant to join our team and assist clients in implementing, customizing, and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP consulting, business process analysis, and system implementation, helping organizations streamline their financial and operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementation & Deployment: Lead end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including configuration, customization, and deployment.
• Business Process Analysis: Work closely with clients to understand their business needs, identify gaps, and recommend best-fit solutions.
• Training & Support: Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support to ensure smooth adoption and optimal system usage.
• Integration & Migration: Assist in data migration, third-party integrations, and upgrades from legacy ERP systems.
• Project Management: Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Troubleshooting & Optimization: Analyze and resolve technical or functional issues, ensuring system performance and compliance.
• 10+ years experience in Finance Business Process Analysis, Design and System Configuration.
• Ability to work with Technical Consultants on system customizations.
• Proficient in Customer Workshops and Customer Demos
• Experience in preparing Statement of Work (SOWs)

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV.
• Strong knowledge of finance module in Business Central.
• Experience in SQL, Jet Reports, and Business Intelligence tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 ecosystem, and security best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently or in a team.
• Microsoft Dynamics certifications are a plus.
