Gjusta is seeking a skilled Pastry & Bread Baker to join our team. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and ideal for someone passionate about craft baking, seasonal ingredients, and working collaboratively.
You’ll prepare a range of baked goods—croissants, cookies, pies, cakes, breads—using both traditional and modern techniques. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience, strong foundational skills, and a commitment to quality, consistency, and effective teamwork in the kitchen.
Requirements:
2+ years of pastry or bread experience
Strong baking fundamentals
Ability to work cleanly and efficiently in a high-volume kitchen
Flexible schedule including weekends and early mornings
Food Handler Certification

Serás responsable de preparar una variedad de productos horneados—croissants, galletas, tartas, pasteles, panes—utilizando técnicas tradicionales y modernas. Se requiere un mínimo de 2 años de experiencia, fundamentos sólidos en panadería/pastelería y compromiso con la calidad y consistencia.
Requisitos:
2+ años de experiencia en panadería o pastelería
Conocimientos técnicos en masas, horneado y producción
Capacidad para trabajar de forma limpia y eficiente en cocinas de alto volumen
Horario flexible, incluyendo fines de semana y turnos matutinos
Certificación vigente de Manipulación de Alimentos
