Job Title : Salesforce Functional Consultant (Data Migration)

Responsibilities:
Experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant .
Hands-on experience with data migration projects involving Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.).
Experience in data quality management, cleansing, and validation techniques .
Experience with large-scale CRM or ERP data migrations .
Strong understanding of Salesforce data model (Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Cases, custom objects).
Knowledge of ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, MuleSoft, Jitterbit, Data Loader or equivalent.
Ability to translate business requirements into data mapping and transformation rules.
Knowledge of data governance frameworks and master data management (MDM).
Familiarity with Agile / Scrum delivery methodology .
Define data migration strategies, approaches, and best practices, including data quality, cleansing, and transformation processes.
Support test strategy for migration: unit testing, mock migrations, reconciliation, and validation of migrated data.
Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security standards during migration.
Document migration processes, data mapping sheets, and provide knowledge transfer to stakeholders.
Act as the functional liaison between business users and technical data migration teams.
Troubleshoot and resolve migration issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
