POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for ensuring the quality of production by aligning Quality activities with the company's Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and the Business Management System (BMS). Coach and mentor, a team of Quality Engineers and Project Leads through various activities as they relate to quality assurance, manufacturing, supply chain, and compliance processes. Identify and resolve potential non-conformances by participating in material review board huddles and leading the corrective action process. Drive continuous improvement activities by collecting and analyzing data on product defects and process metrics.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, preferably in engineering, alongside proven leadership experience, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of the aerospace and defense industry. A background in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience is preferred, along with demonstrated success in project management, cross-functional collaboration, process innovation, and continuous improvement.

Base Salary Range (Inglewood only): $120,000 to $144,000
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
There are minimum travel requirements for this position (5%), such as customer events, site visits, and supplier site visits, etc.
