Position Overview We are seeking a Technical Project Manager who is passionate about technology and thrives in a dynamic, hands-on environment. You will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of product development projects-from initial concept through delivery-while acting as the bridge between clients and our technical teams. Key Responsibilities + Own and manage multiple technical projects from inception to completion + Develop project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resource plans + Maintain and grow client relationships through clear communication and consistent delivery + Translate customer needs into actionable technical requirements + Guide cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions + Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines and goals + Ensure alignment between internal stakeholders and external clients Required Skills & Qualifications + 3+ years of experience in technical project management or product development + Strong understanding of the product development life cycle + Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment + Technical background in engineering, computer science, or a related field + Experience working with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and manufacturing Preferred Qualifications + Experience in industries such as automotive, robotics, aerospace, or clean energy + Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies + Hands-on experience with prototyping or hardware/software integration What We Offer + A collaborative and innovative work environment + Opportunities to work on cutting-edge projects + Competitive salary and benefits + Career growth and development opportunities Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $130000.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
