**Job Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations and ensure efficient and effective processes for inventory management, order fulfillment, and overall warehouse functioning. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a focus on safety and quality, and the ability to manage a team to achieve operational excellence.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods.
- Manage and train warehouse staff, promote a safe and productive work environment, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement warehouse operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to ensure timely availability of products.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as Procurement, Sales, and Logistics, to ensure alignment and timely fulfillment of orders.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory, manage order processing, and create reports on warehouse performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and implement protocols for emergency response and equipment safety.
- Develop strategies for improving warehouse efficiency, accuracy, and space utilization.
- Plan and oversee the organization of the warehouse layout to optimize workflow and storage capacity.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and deliveries, and prepare regularly scheduled reports for management.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience (typically 3-5 years) in warehouse management or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate staff and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on efficiency and quality.
- Proficient in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
