Bartender

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet members and guests as they arrive, making them feel valued and comfortable.
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision.
- Craft classic cocktails, pour wine, and create refreshing mocktails.
-Familiarize yourself with our menu offerings, daily specials, and wine selections.
- Be prepared to answer questions and make recommendations.
- Pay attention to members’ preferences and dietary restrictions.
- Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Wash glassware, restock supplies, and maintain a tidy workspace.
- Work closely with other bartenders, servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure seamless service.
- Be a team player and contribute to a positive atmosphere.
- Handle transactions accurately and process payments.
-Adhere to sanitation practices and safety guidelines.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
The ideal candidate for this position should have:
- Previous experience as a bartender in a fine dining establishment is preferred.
- Warm, friendly, and attentive demeanor. Passionate about providing exceptional service.
- A willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- A flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and holidays.
- Reliable transportation or a valid driver's license.
- A minimum of 21 years of age and a legal right to work in the US.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance.
