Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Machine Learning Engineer with expertise in Generative AI , Natural Language Processing (NLP) , and Large Language Models (LLMs) to join our team in Plano, TX . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python, data engineering, and AI model development, with hands-on experience in deploying scalable, data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deploy data-driven solutions using Python and machine learning techniques
Work with both structured and unstructured data stored in MongoDB
Utilize Databricks for data processing, analysis, and model development
Apply Generative AI and NLP techniques to solve complex business problems
Fine-tune and evaluate Large Language Models (LLMs) , preferably using OpenAI technologies
Design, build, and implement AI agents for various enterprise applications
Conduct supervised and unsupervised learning model development and performance evaluation
Perform LLM evaluation to assess model effectiveness and alignment with business goals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders
Stay current with the latest advancements in AI, ML, NLP, and LLM technologies

Qualifications:

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field
3+ years of experience in machine learning, NLP, or AI development
Proficiency in Python , Databricks , and MongoDB
Hands-on experience with LLM fine-tuning , prompt engineering , and model evaluation
Strong understanding of data pipelines , model deployment , and AI infrastructure
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) is a plus
