We’re looking for a full-time Packaging Designer to join our Pasadena studio. This is an opportunity for a passionate, collaborative, and trend-savvy designer to take the lead on client projects and help bring their ideas to life using our extensive production resources. You’ll also work directly with ownership to shape new packaging concepts and branding for Likely Inc. itself—helping us evolve and promote the studio’s creative voice.
What We're Looking For:
– 4+ years of packaging design experience
– Strong understanding of dielines, materials, finishes, and structure
– Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
– Deep awareness of packaging and design trends across industries
– A positive outlook, self-motivated spirit, and a love for collaboration
– Confidence working directly with clients, printers, and manufacturers
– Passion for developing both conceptual and production-ready designs
What You'll Do :
– Lead the design process on packaging projects for our clients
– Collaborate closely with our founder to develop and pitch new ideas
– Refine client-provided artwork for production and printing
– Create custom dielines and mockups with a focus on luxury details
– Concept and design packaging and branding for our studio’s own initiatives
– Stay on top of industry trends and contribute fresh, strategic thinking
– Help uphold our creative standards and elevate every touchpoint

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
On-site in our Pasadena studio, with one remote day per week after the probation period
