We're looking for a Small Business Underwriter to join our team, specializing in commercial trucking. In this role, you'll play a key part in assessing and managing risk while fostering strong partnerships with agents and insureds. You'll also have the opportunity to develop a profitable book of business while contributing to the success of our organization.

### What You'll Do
- Evaluate and underwrite commercial trucking policies with a focus on profitability.
- Analyze risk, determine pricing, and issue endorsements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and insured clients.
- Manage your own book of business in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Participate in a structured training program, including mentorship, classroom learning, and self-study.

- Experience in sales, relationship management, or insurance is a plus, but not required.
- Strong negotiation and risk assessment skills.
- The ability to identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and services.
