Topic- “How to overcome Depression in life”

The Department of Business Administration organised an Expert session on “How to overcome Depression in life” on 20th September 2023. The objective of the session was to provide valuable insights and different perspective to handle depression and challenges of mental health.

Mr Akshat Gupta, a prominent public speaker and skilled storyteller, was invited as guest speaker for the session.

He shared his personal struggle with depression, highlighting the importance of a support network and finding purpose, emphasizing hope and resilience in overcoming depression. The Q&A session enhanced the lecture, offering students valuable insights into depression through interactive discussion with the speaker.
