The Acropolis Institute of Management Studies & Research (AIMSR), within the Department of Business Administration, is situated in the historic city of Indore, renowned as both the educational hub and financial capital of Madhya Pradesh. Nestled in a serene, lush green environment, the institute offers a peaceful and conducive setting for academic pursuit, away from the distractions of urban life. Established in 2008, AIMSR was founded with the mission of developing socially responsible and globally competent resources and workforce for the betterment of the society. A Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) is an undergraduate degree program that provides a comprehensive understanding of various aspects of business management.

It covers subjects like – Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources and Operations. A BBA graduate can pursue careers in diverse fields such as Banking, Consulting, Marketing managers, Business Analyst, Financial Analyst, HR Specialist and Operations Manager. One can also pursue entrepreneurship and start his/her own business.

At Acropolis (AIMSR) we have a separate department for BBA focussing on the Skill Development & certification Programs like: Python, Power BI, Tableau, MS Excel, HR Analytics, Tally, Export & Import sessions, financial modelling, NISM (stock market modules), Stock Market and Wealth Management, SAKSHAM- Certificate program of Star Health Insurance Pvt. Ltd. under the Finance club. Digital Marketing and Case Study Analysis etc. under the marketing club. We believe in nurturing our students holistically. 

We conduct Industrial visits for the practical knowledge and organize Guest lectures of eminent speakers from various fields. This year our department has made a collaboration with CH Edge makers for preparing our students for the CMAT Exam. We also take care of the job placements at the undergraduate level, for which we have a separate,dedicated cell in our college.

To provide in-depth insight in the field of Human Resource Management, HR Club HEURISCO: Discover to Deliver was established. The club was inaugurated on 22nd Nov 2022.The purpose of HR club is to bring together the students who are interested in the field of Human Resources Management and help them develop interpersonal skills, foster human resource competencies needed to excel in the corporate world.

The club named HEURISCO- where every initial has its own significance: H stands for Hiring, Human and Humanity , E stands for Evaluation, U stands for Union and Unity, R stands for Recruiting, I stands for Innovation and Implementation, S stands for Sustainability, C for Communication & O for Organization.
